Why hospitality, why now
Every platform we've built starts the same way: find an industry where the operational pressure is real, and where invisible automation — the kind nobody has to think about — actually changes how the business runs day to day. Multi-site hospitality fits that pattern closely. Point-of-sale systems, kitchen equipment, stock, staffing and communication all have to work together in real time, under pressure, with very little room for error.
Brew & Brew gave us the right partner to test that thesis properly: a genuine multi-site Canberra business, an experienced operating team, and a willingness to pilot something new in a live café before scaling it. That's precisely the kind of ground-truth deployment our engineering team looks for — not a lab demo, but a working café floor.
“Every platform we run — Home, Business, Factory, Agriculture, Logistics — is built on the same core intelligence layer. Brew & Brew lets us bring that same core into hospitality for the first time, in a real, multi-site environment, with a partner who understands their operations better than anyone.”
Vu Phi Tran, Founder, CEO & CTO, Bridgin Automation
What we're building together
The engagement is structured around a definitive Commercial Services Agreement to follow, with a total commercial value of $200,000 (AUD) and full delivery targeted within 12 months of commencement, across three phases:
Discovery & System Architecture Design (Months 1–3)
Our team maps Brew & Brew's current operational workflows, POS systems, kitchen equipment and communication channels, then co-designs a unified AI framework built for multi-site café operations — not a generic template.
Pilot Deployment & Testing (Months 4–6)
The framework goes live at a designated test-site café within the Brew & Brew network, where we evaluate it against the metrics that actually matter on a café floor: response times, order accuracy, stock efficiency and safety compliance.
Chain-Wide Rollout & Optimisation (Months 7–12)
Once the pilot proves out, we scale the platform across every Brew & Brew branch, with our team providing ongoing maintenance, model training and performance optimisation as part of the engagement.
This is the same staged approach — discovery, pilot, scaled rollout — that underpins every Bridgin Automation deployment, regardless of industry. We don't lower the bar to move faster into a new market; we bring the bar with us.
What this means for the platform
Every insight our platforms generate feeds back into the shared intelligence core, which is what makes each new industry we enter stronger than the last. A hospitality deployment brings a new category of real-time, high-frequency operational data into that core — order flow, service timing, stock turnover — which will sharpen the predictive layer that already underpins Bridgin Factory and Bridgin Logistics.
If the Brew & Brew pilot performs the way we expect, it becomes the reference deployment for a hospitality-focused offering we can bring to other multi-site cafés, restaurants and hospitality groups across Australia.
Follow the rollout
We'll share updates as the Brew & Brew engagement moves through Discovery, Pilot and Rollout over the next 12 months. If you run a multi-site hospitality business and want to know what this could look like for your operation, we'd like to hear from you.
